As a reminder:
Our office hours are 9:00am – 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. We're closed for Federal Holidays. The office phone number is 315-751-7973. This is the best way to get ahold of Heather. You're welcome to leave a message on the office phone outside of these hours and Heather will get back to you as soon as she can. If you want to speak to Dave directly, you can call him at 315-430-3283 or 315-873-3040 during or outside of these hours.
Dave is open to scheduling meetings with you outside of 9:00-2:30pm. Please feel free to ask for a time that works for your schedule and we will be happy to find something that works for both of you. We offer various types of meetings, including in-person, virtual, or a phone meeting. Please let us know which appointment time is most convenient for you.
When texting please remember to use our secure texting line. Due to compliance rules and regulations, the only way that Dave or Heather can respond to your messages is through this texting line. The text line number is 315-873-3040. Everyone in the office has access to this number, so both Dave and Heather will text from it. No matter what, your message will be seen and addressed in a timely manner. Our goal is to get you a response within 24 hours.
When emailing, please email both Dave and Heather. Dave's email is dave@arabellawealth.com and Heather's email is Heather@arabellawealth.com . Emailing both Heather and Dave is the best way for your questions or concerns to be addressed in a timely manner.
The most up to date information can be found on our website; there's a ton of helpful information like educational articles or upcoming events. The upcoming events can include webinars, educational seminars, or client appreciation events. If you have specific topics that you'd like to learn more about, please let us know. We're happy to schedule a time to talk to you about that subject or bring in another professional, like we do with our webinars.
We have links to the client portals as well as the phone numbers listed under the Client Portal section of the website. If you are a TD Ameritrade Account, visit Advisor Client to check your account balances. If you are a Pershing Account Holder, visit NetX360+ . If you have a Fidelity account, you can check your account at Login | Advisors & Individual Investors | Fidelity Institutional. Finally, if you have multiple accounts with us, you can visit Albridge Login (mainaccount.com) to see a complete picture of your invested finances.
To call TD Client Services directly, dial (800)-400-6288. They will be happy to assist you with quick client questions or maintenance. The hours for TD are 8:30 am – 8:00 pm EST. When calling TD, please select the option that best fits the question or concern that you have.
